Professional Train The Trainer Diploma Course (Udemy.com)

The introduction to the course starts with "Our in depth course..." Unfortunately, this was not "in depth". It was the lecturer giving an overview of what's in the manual and scrolling through most of the content. I will have to go through the manual myself and do the self-assessments for any learning to take place. This, in all honesty is not worth the money spent. Please review this video and "course" that you're offering. The manual has a lot of useful content but I could've then just bought the manual and done everything else.

This is a very thorough and comprehensive course. I'm in Australia and as a Trainer in the coporate world I don't require any specialised certification or qualification unless I'm training Certificate courses under the training.gov.au platform, which means that this training is basically all I need. From this course, if I'm wanting to extend my Training education, I can complete other courses, but this course is an excellent platform for any future Training courses or even the Train the Trainer courses. Excellent reference material, very comprehensive. Everyone needs to find their own approach and there's enough material here to help anyone understand the scope and amount of work that goes into creating and delivering training. Having some previous experience, I know there's no one size fits all. This was very helpful.

It did not match my expectations. I can read the manual without the video. The video took only one hour. I expected the trainer to provide detailed explanations of the various features and processes of the course. The trainer just ran through the course without any explanations.

Very good information especially about different techniques to use when delivering training, also the different styles of approach with different types of people being trained, use of being patient and respectful of each individual as not all people are the same and not everyone picks things up straight away.

Really enjoyed this course and learning about the different learning styles. this will be of great help and value to me to improve my teaching techniques to be more inclusive of every kind of learning style. I do however feel that the videos could have more detail and the lecture notes could not be as many pages, as this makes me feel like I don't want to complete as it's too much reading and not enough "interaction" or engagement

I have a Master's degree in nursing education but this is something I really feel will be helpful to me with the transition I'm making from one to one patient care to teaching CNA students as well as putting together some public health workshops.

So far, so good. I have the privilege to teach window and door installers, sales personal, architects, building officials, etc. a variety of topics. Some are in-person, some are live webinars, and some are recorded. Everything Karen has said so far is true and accurate. I absolutely love what I do and will always have an open mind to learning something new. My classes are informal and interactive. Sometimes the audience doesn't like what I have to say, but they respect me telling them the truth. The more "experienced" students are fun because they assume they "know-it-all", but I always find something for them to learn as a personal challenge. Or if somebody asks a question, I will ask the experienced person what would they do or how would they handle this. Most of the time they have the right answer, but now they're involved. They feel part of the class and 99% of the time, they shake my hand when it's over saying thank you for an awesome class. That is the best feeling in the world. Thank you again for this class. I enjoyed this course, the trainer's approach and the in-depth manual. A very good video to accompany the work sheet and file. This really gives a good analysis of Teaching at a Classroom / Workshop Level. In terms of it assisting Me to pursue a Tutorial role within business, it is extremely valuable, and something to refer back to again and again and then to refine for Myself. Thank You
