Course Description
Do you know exactly what the PMP will test you on? Don't make the costly mistake of thinking it's the PMBOK Guide - it's not! The PMBOK Guide is only one of many inputs for the exam. It's best to closely read the PMP Exam Content Outline (ECO) and know all of the domains, tasks, and enablers. This course walks you through the ECO in a fun and creative way. This is a course designed by expert Mike Griffiths and taught by leader Joseph Phillips.
The PMP exam is built around the concepts in the PMP Exam Content Outline - a must-read for all PMP candidates. But simply reading the PMP Exam Content Outline isn't enough for passing the exam - if it were, everyone would do it. To pass the PMP exam, you need to fully understand all of the concepts of the PMP Exam Content Outline - and that's what this course helps you do.
This course is an excellent course to complement your existing study strategy or a good place to start studying. Either way, knowing exactly what you're tested on will help you better prepare to pass the PMP exam. In this course you'll learn:
People - this domain accounts for 42 percent of PMP exam
Process - this topic is 50 percent of your PMP exam
Business environment - this is 8 percent of your PMP exam
We will walk through the entire PMP Exam Content Outline and review each domain, task, and enabler you must be familiar with as you prepare to pass the PMP exam. This is an excellent foundational course as you prepare to pass, not just take the PMP exam.

v hard to understand and v boring , i got attracted just because it was illustration and interesting presentation base , but its v boring, its just waste of 10 hours, as compare to this Andrew explans much better all these things in 3 hours(in exam conent outline sections) of his Main 35PDUs Udemy course...

The course is very useful for reviewing the exam content and is definitely helpful in understanding the concepts. There is plenty of space for improvement of some visualizations, such as bullet points from one concept spread to multiple slides; or lack of big picture illustrations to see how things connect.

The infographics as part of the lectures are a brilliant way of cementing the main points of the objectives!!! EASY TO FOLLOW!!! Wish I have done this course first in the studying journey.

This course was perfect for summarizing all the content previously studied, plus it provided incredible insights/add-ons that were entirely new to me. Thank folks, for the great content. Keep moving forward (I genuinelly love this phrase)

It definitely provided some insight into areas that aren't easily found in the PMBOK Guide. Without a doubt, I would recommend this for the "visual" learner though everyone can benefit from it.

I love the instructor's delivery of the material! It's all too easy to make PMP prep an exercise in utter boredom, and it takes a real master to teach this material in an engaging fashion. This course nails it 100%! Glad I enrolled in this course. :)

It was an amazing recap of everything I learned from the PMI PMP course. It is also a great supplement to highlight key items that will be critical in my career as a project manager.

the content is repetitive sometimes however it's helpful for my memory. I Love the sense of humor and simple of the explanations. Thank you to take the time for doing this training.

I m expecting that this course will provide all content to be ready for exams plus some practice question content wise should be included in project course.Test shall be taken after event exam content is completed

This course is very good to get you 'situated' with your studies to pass the PMP exam. When reading the exam content outline, it wasn't always obvious easy for my to map the exam content with the PM processes and concepts. I personally took the course about 10 days prior to my scheduled exam, which was perfect to remind me to brush up my skills on some of the content I wasn't enough familiar with. And also serves as a good booster, given you the confidence you are ready. The course is by no means a replacement of a proper PMP exam prep course, but I think it complements it very well. I believe it could also be useful to kick start your study with this course so you know where to focus as you go through your PMP exam prep course, the PMBoK and Agile practice guide. And then re-do this course just before passing your exam, to wrap everything up. Like your projects, Keep Moving Forward !
