Yes, this course has been exactly what I was looking for. I feel like most people say just practice, but I always would have liked examples. This course has given me the examples to practice from. I appreciate Nadja's technique for teaching. She stated things in a clear way that made me think about how to go about using what she taught.

Disclaimer: I have been taking photos for over a decade but have not gone to school explicitly for modeling/photography. I've been told I have the "eye" for photography. Therefore I am now in pursuit of learning how to unpack what that means in order to be intentional in my own body of work. My line of reasoning was to assume I know nothing and start from the beginning. Just makes sense to learn from someone who has been in the field. There is solid information here. Videos are a brief (not more than 5 minutes) and include examples in the form of various stills. I really appreciated how the course highlights hands as a creative tool. I now feel more confident in talking a female client through an entire shoot. Was really hoping that there would be more content for males. Happy to have had patroned the instructor/course, however, the lack in this area was a little disappointing. In conclusion, if you are a beginner/intermediate photographer or model, you can gain a lot of tips & inspiration from the material presented here. Intermediate+ should seek elsewhere which might result in a higher price-point, but worth the investment. If the description stated "beginner" (and I somehow missed this), I'd be happy to go back and add an additional half star.

When I took portraits, I was always wondering what to do with the model poses. By taking this lecture, I think that the image of the pose has expanded. Nadja's story was also easy to hear and understand. Above all, it was fun. In addition, there were photographs for each theme, and I was able to understand the composition and pose image in detail .
