The visual interface of BigQuery has changed, so it takes time to find the elements because they are displayed in different areas, not as explained in the course. But still there is plenty of useful material explained. The course should be updated.

Awesome course - really helpful material, covers everything you need to become proficient in BigQuery and minimise costs. The instructor is great, explains things very clearly. One thing to be aware of is that the BigQuery UI has changed since this course was created, so you may need to look around a bit to find the right things to click on, but don't let that put you off - this course is still 100% worth it.

Quick course on some advanced features and functions in Bigquery. Course also works a fair amount in Python which I'm not familiar with making those sections harder to follow. Not sure if changing the requirements is necessary, but knowing ahead of time that python is used in this course might have been helpful

Exactly what I was looking for very practical, a lot of usefull tips. I'll advice for begginers on BigQuerry but who has some knowledge in SQL and experience with data.

The functionality of the system used by the trainer is different than what I'm experiencing in the current UI, which is frustrating. I don't have sufficient permissions to continue with the class, so the python part is hard to follow.

The information was good, but the videos could be improved. The presenter is constantly 'um-ing' and 'err-ing' and the subject being presented drops in and out of focus as the voice over rambles as opposed to informs. The videos all have the feel of a first draft, with little preparation nor any peer review. Please practice & rehearse your content before publishing. The information within is good, but the presentation could be a lot better.

Quite all right - practical, good pace, doable in one weekend. I wish you add more about implementing ETL full service to place data in BigQuery. After all, fair value for this money.

I hate to be giving out the first non 5-star review, but the tutorial could be more polished. Tips for improvement: 1. Explain that the data set is located in the Resources section prior to the video. When we are in full screen going video after video, we don't see which videos have resources available. 2. Take a brief pause between when you say something and when you actually click on something in the video. I pause just a bit too late and keep having to rewind 5 seconds. Not all of the instructions are clearly laid out for someone that's never used Google Big Query (example, declaring a new data field for that checkbox that we added). I had to follow the mouse very carefully to see where you go 3. Test it out before recording! 4. Speak a little louder and type a little softer. Your typing is sometimes louder than your speaking *updated; instructor was detailed and quick in responding questions.

Short lectures, easy to follow, acctually nice to get started with BigQuery, especially when you are also working in python for data science.

Good value for money, it could include a little bit more of examples of SQL queries. But overall I'm satisfied. Recommend!
