Prep to Pass the PHR® Exam by HRCI 2026 (Udemy.com)

I am truly excited to take this course and look forward to learning new concepts and expanding my knowledge throughout the experience.

I really valued the thoroughness of the course... it was comprehensive and offered plenty of chances to more deeply learn the content along the way.

I am giving it four star this at the end of the second section because I have been graded for doing exactly ehat you're doing when you are presenting, and now I can hear it everytime during a presentation. Using "such as" as often as one does can be changed to more constructive words that help with the presentation. I am sorry to be picky about your presentation, it is just something I have been talk to about before.

It was a fine introductory course. Would appreciate more consistency across modules in terms of design, learning objectives, etc. In some modules key terms and components are highlighted and in others they're not. Would be helpful for identifying the most important components. Also some test questions were duplicates and/or broken. Duplicate question: 110: Which approach involves the organization introducing new products and services to its existing markets to achieve growth? 77: What growth strategy involves introducing new products and services targeted at existing markets to achieve growth? Question 104: Which actions can promote a positive relationship between employees and management? has 2 duplicate answer options: "Involving employees in decision-making process", but one is correct and one is incorrect. Question 107: says to "Select all that apply" but is not a multi-select question type.

I passed my PHR exam 02/06/2024. This course was instrumental in that! Some of the content can be confusing if you just listen to the lectures, so the readings from the book noted in the resources of this course really makes it all make sense. I will say, not sure I would have done as well if I just did the lectures and no readings. Those 2 were my main source of studying. The note cards I used sparingly. I also downloaded an app that gave my daily questions for the PHR.

The course was thorough, although repetitive in places and difficult to listen to the narrator read slides. I would have preferred further expansion on the topics, rather than a verbatim reading. The test has at least 2 errors where multiple answers are selected but has more than one of the same answers as possible selections.

Is there a way to know if what you're talking about is on the PHR or SPHR exam? Your book covers both too, but I do not see how its broken up for people taking on the phr to know exactly whatto study. I am taking the phr and want to focus on that instead of also studying sphr material that I don't need. Any advice?

Lack of examples, very verbose presentation, lots of repetition, especially of the word "HR" - this is all about HR, saying "HR Business Management" once is plenty, then if you say "Business Management" and it's HR ...BM is on the slide, it's clear that you are talking about HR, this is just an ex. of repetition.

Solid course, lectures have all the content needed with relevant examples. I passed the PHR exam, thank you!

What a terrific course! The amount of information provided is abundant and useful, and the instructor explains the material very well. This course is well organized and thorough. The course instructor is responsive to students and provides all the necessary information needed to pass the PHR certification exam--and to learn more about the HR profession in depth. Every aspect of the course is designed to help students learn and, of course, to pass the PHR exam. (Even the course handouts proved critical and beneficial.) The instructor also provides timely updates regarding the ever-changing HR profession. Thank you for an amazing course that prepared me to pass the PHR certification exam on my first attempt. I highly recommend this class to anyone who works in HR who wants to learn more about the profession, seek certification, or refresh their knowledge of HR.
