Great course overall—well organized, engaging, and easy to follow. One small suggestion would be to include a few more real-world examples or practice exercises to reinforce the concepts. Thank you for the excellent learning experience!

This class was very informative about the PPAP process, and all of the different elements. My experience with the PPAP process has been very Customer specific, many of their requirements go along with different elements however, our products do not require an Appearance Approval Report or documentation to show our lab is qualified. Ray is a great instructor

I have done a PPAP on my own without much training nor help, but this course absolutely filled in the gaps and helped me understand the missing links. Now I know that for the future, I will be much more confident to tackle PPAPs after taking this course. .
