I’m a former senior software engineer transitioning careers — this Intro to Design Thinking course was really helpful. The instructor is clear and pleasant, lessons have no fluff, and the examples are engaging. In just over two hours I got a solid basic framework and I’m excited to try it on real projects.

Design thinking is an human centered approach to innovation as per Tim Brown. It teaches us that to approach a problem, one must have a blanck ideas. Your solution to a problem must have three basic qualities, Desirability which answer the question what the customer wants, Feasibility which answer the question what to make and lastly, Viability which answers the question what can we afford to make.

The Design Thinking training was very informative and engaging. The session helped us understand how to approach problems creatively and focus on user needs. The practical examples and activities made the concepts easy to understand. Overall, it was a very useful learning experience. Thank you for organizing the training

Really enjoyed this course. I found myself confirmed, but also made aware of points to improve my approach of Design Thinking. Also, I did a lot of AI / Machine Learning courses and was, maybe not surprised to see that many of the skills for Yourself to develop and perfect Design Thinking, can also be found and applied in machine learning / model training. So far, thoroughly explained, the progress of the topics flows smoothly and hooks you to continue. I have a vague idea of the subject but just 3 contents in and you're already getting the picture and you want to see more. The resources complement the learning videos - over all, great course!

I have some experience of design thinking and have read quite about about it. I did not find it a chore to listen to Ray's enthusiasm and passion for this topic even though it was not entirely new to me. Think of it as a favourite classic song sung by another artist where some nuances are discovered within the alternative performance. While I don't feel it had a place in this course, I do think there could be some mention of the downside of the diversity of the design team. For that diversity to be real, they are not all going to be DT practitioners or understand the concept. Which can lead to passive/active resistance if not managed. That 'team dynamic' management aspect is another tool that needs to be learned; how to deflect and redirect, encourage, maintain focus, etc. I will be checking out the other courses from the bonus links.

This is an excellent course and a really good introduction to design thinking. I found Ray engaging and easy to listen to, which made it easier for me to absorb the learning. Quite a few useful tools/techniques which were new for me. It has upgraded my ‘toolkit’ and will make me think differently about how I approach problems in future. Thank you

This is a extremely simple, practical and very structured course on design thinking. I absolutely loved the simplicity with which all the design thinking principles are covered in detail. Thank you Ray for putting in all the thoughts behind designing this course, extremely helpful :)
