Great course with a lot of details in a short presentation. It would be great to spend a bit more time on Delivery and Implementations of components and change management activities on the Program level. I think this is the one of the most complicated processes in Program Management which creates a lot of issues during the Delivery phase

The materials use slightly different language/labels than other training programs in this field, but the information generally makes sense and is easy to follow. Some of the background graphics (e.g., in session 24) are a bit questionable.

It was well preapred and lead training with basic high level information helping me to structure the knowledge about Programme Management. It was pleasant to listen and well structured. Now I would need more detailed deep dive into presented highlights.
