You should present the course in two environments—Windows and Mac/Linux—for broader accessibility. Also, I believe the course needs an update with more advanced commands. Currently, the command-line demonstrations are too small to see clearly, which is especially challenging for someone like me with nearsightedness. If possible, please update the course to improve visibility and include more in-depth content. It has great potential, but in its current state, it's a bit disappointing.

I think its apt and pretty concise according to the time frame provided. Covers the gyst of the whole topic. Also u must have prior knowledge to make the best out of this course.

This course is a great hands-on introduction to building RESTful APIs using Python and Django. The instructor does a solid job of walking through the key concepts step-by-step, making it easy to follow even for those who are newer to backend development. The structure is clear and builds logically—from setting up the environment to creating endpoints, handling authentication, and deploying the API. I particularly liked the real-world project approach, which gives practical context to the concepts being taught. The use of tools like Postman and Docker adds extra value and prepares you for professional development workflows.

Very good match. I'm good on the basics of Django, and the intro on the Django Rest Framework by author is very good. I'm highly expectant now. EDIT: Been wowed halfway. Finally getting the hang of the Django Rest API. Of course, I had to find out the hard way that some names of packages had changed, leading to breaks and all, but experience is part of learning too.

It is very well detailed and explained course so far, I have been enjoying it, even it worth double of its fee, yes because you will get back your money after completing the it.

The tutor is a talented teacher, I would consider him one of the best. The course content is superb, and the course structure and delivery is unmatched. I would've goated this course is the best django rest api course in the history of udemy. But the owner refused to zoom in or at least remove the browser he is showing side-by-side with the IDE. It's so frustrating to follow.

The course is good enough if you have the experienced Django and Django Rest Framework before. The lecturer need to explain more in detail. The video recording is a little bit annoying for me. It would be better the video are zoomed in. Moreover, I haven't got any answer for my question. Even if my question is stupid or so basic, the lecturer should refer me any source that I can study for pre-requirements for this course. Anyhow, I have learnt a lot from this course.

By Mahmoud Tokura on 8/24/2021

The course content is very good and the concepts are very well explained but the screen is too small. It is hard to read the tutors screen and for people without prior experience, it can difficult to follow along.

By Pierpaolo Tofani on 5/19/2021

This course is well done. The explications are clear. My two pieces of advice for better use of the course: The author guides you to realize a like Trello app, but if you don't know the real Trello the explication of endpoints to realize may be difficult, so have a look at the real app or to a tutorial on Youtube. If you are on a MAC you may overcome the lack of zooming using the zoom of Accessibility on MAC.
