Data science is everywhere Better data science practices are allowing corporations to cut unnecessary costs, automate computing, and analyze markets Essentially, data science is the key to getting ahead in a competitive global climate
Python Fundamentals, Python Numpy, Python instructors on OAK Academy specialize in everything from software development to data analysis, and are known for their effective, friendly instruction for students of all levels
Whether you work in machine learning or finance, or are pursuing a career in web development or data science, Python is one of the most important skills you can learn Python's simple syntax is especially suited for desktop, web, and business applications Python's design philosophy emphasizes readability and usability Python was developed upon the premise that there should be only one way (and preferably one obvious way) to do things, a philosophy that has resulted in a strict level of code standardization The core programming language is quite small and the standard library is also large In fact, Python's large library is one of its greatest benefits, providing a variety of different tools for programmers suited for many different tasks
Are you ready for a Data Science career?
Do you want to learn the Python Numpy from Scratch? or
Are you an experienced Data scientist and looking to improve your skills with Numpy!
In both cases, you are at the right place! The number of companies and enterprises using Python is increasing day by day The world we are in is experiencing the age of informatics Python and its Numpy library will be the right choice for you to take part in this world and create your own opportunities,
Numpy is a library for the Python programming language, adding support for large, multi-dimensional arrays and matrices, along with a large collection of high-level mathematical functions to operate on these arrays Moreover, Numpy forms the foundation of the Machine Learning stack
NumPy aims to provide an array object that is up to 50x faster than traditional Python lists The array object in NumPy is called ndarray , it provides a lot of supporting functions that make working with ndarray very easy Arrays are very frequently used in data science, where speed and resources are very important
In this course, we will open the door of the Data Science world and will move deeper You will learn the fundamentals of Python and its beautiful library Numpy step by step with hands-on examples Most importantly in Data Science, you should know how to use effectively the Numpy library Because this library is limitless. You will start with Python Fundamentals from scratch and learn the essential concepts of Python along with its powerful library Numpy step by step with hands-on examples.
Throughout the course, we will teach you how to use Python in Linear Algebra, and Neural Network concept, and use powerful machine learning algorithms and we will also do a variety of exercises to reinforce what we have learned in this Machine Learning with NumPy and Python Data Science course
In this course you will learn;
How to use Anaconda and Jupyter notebook,
Python Fundamentals from Scratch
Fundamentals of Python
Datatypes in Python,
Lots of datatype operators, methods and how to use them,
Conditional concept, if statements
The logic of Loops and control statements
Functions and how to use them
How to use modules and create your own modules
Data science and Data literacy concepts
Fundamentals of Numpy for Data manipulation such as
Numpy arrays and their features
Numpy functions
Numexpr module
How to do indexing and slicing on Arrays
Linear Algebra
Using numpy in Neural Network
Numpy python
data science
Python Numpy
Python data science
python numpy: machine learning & data science
machine learning python
python
And we will do some exercises Finally, we will also do a neural network project with Numpy
What is data science?
We have more data than ever before But data alone cannot tell us much about the world around us We need to interpret the information and discover hidden patterns This is where data science comes in Data science python uses algorithms to understand raw data The main difference between data science and traditional data analysis is its focus on prediction Python data science seeks to find patterns in data and use those patterns to predict future data It draws on machine learning to process large amounts of data, discover patterns, and predict trends Data science using python includes preparing, analyzing, and processing data It draws from many scientific fields, and as a python for data science, it progresses by creating new algorithms to analyze data and validate current methods

Really helpful course that made learning NumPy with Python much easier and gave me a solid foundation to get started with data science and machine learning.
By Benedikt Volker on 9/11/2026
This course completely demystified NumPy for me, making complex matrix operations and data manipulation feel completely straightforward. The practical exercises gave me the exact hands-on confidence I needed to prepare datasets for actual machine learning workflows. I feel so much more equipped to tackle real data science projects now—hands down a 5-star learning experience!

It really lacks visuals which is what is what makes a video better than a book. This is teaching by reciting/describing not teaching by demonstrating processes or concepts that are hard to explain with words alone. For example object oriented programming section was pure code and speaking so its hard to understand. Bringing up a picture of a phone and exactly pointing out the comparisons would make easier to interpret, but we're forced to imagine a mental picture, how it interacts with other parts, and what the final outcome will be. All on top of learning. Not a bad course but there are better 2024

I've been developing software from one year now and iam still learning new things even in the first chapters
By Shasshank Rana on 5/16/2021
No live coding. He is just reading the prewritten code. This is not teaching its just reciting.
By David Dogru on 5/11/2021
It is amazing. Data Science is new niche market and I am happy to have chance to deep dive into this field with Python and Data Science course. Before this course I was thinking Machine Learning and Data Science is the same thing. Now I understand that it is not. Thank you for such a good course instructor
