I have loved the first half of the course. It is a great intro to R. I used the S programing language back in the 1980s when I worked for the Bell System. I understand that R is like a follow-on language. I am glad to be learning this again.

I would say that this is the best R course i've seen so far. I took courses on R from EDX and Coursera which are very deep and detailed and give you a headache, but here Simona has done a great job in putting a lot of emphasis into the practical side. I am enjoying it a lot and the way she explains keeps me glued after a long day of work. I have experience in R so for the beginners, doing the exercises would help a lot, think a bit before looking at the answers and don't skip them. Great work!

I highly recommend this course. It is one of the best I have ever attended. Lessons are clear, easy to follow and exercises are very useful. It is very comprehensive and addresses many of the basics of a programming language that you usually have to figure out on your own (or even worse, you end up never understanding how to do). I feel like it gave me a solid foundational knowledge of R and saved me a lot of time!
Finally, I feel now I have the tools I need to continue exploring and applying more advanced statistical methods to my datasets in R. This was really great, thanks!
