It was great, I learnt a lot on how to identify irrational beliefs, dispute them and achieve a more healthy belief system and mental well being. Hope to continue my learning journey into other areas as well. Would be great if Elmira could give more practical examples for the parts on the qualities/how to think as a REBT specialist, for example on when to be passive etc. Overall very useful and well structured.

This training gave me a good overview with some important details about REBT history, foundational points, how to use this model of counseling, and thinking and structuring sessions as a professional REBT therapist. It gives good opportunity to using this approach (hands-on) rather than just knowing about it.

Thanks for creating such a great practical course. I recognize rational and irrational belief and feeling and identify which is event, belief and feeling, behavior. Therefore, I believe that it would help me understand more about people's psychology by their behaviors. Personally, I would like teacher to provide more examples and pictures. It would be more useful and wonderful.

It was very helpful to have a detailed understanding of REBT therapy and its techniques. Last few modules where the instructor has discussed in detail, the important aspects to be remembered and applied while structuring and conducting the REBT-lead sessions is the most helpful part. It will definitely help me in the practice.

The thing that I love about the course is the Coach herself. She is natural and friendly that truly makes me feel relax specially learning alot about REBT. There are some questions that I wish to ask and Im certain Elmira will answer it. Overall, this is an easy to remember course. The course content is excellent. However, an addition of .pdf course material containing the power point text and a workbook with the Questions and references would make the course more valuable. Students find it difficult to make notes and at the same time concentrate on the instructor's session.

I Really enjoyed this overview of REBT. It was delivered at a good steady pace and the instructor seemed to have a good grasps of the subject matter. I would have liked more in-depth examples and possible some exercise to concrete the knowledge i had gained.

The course progressively built on itself. It went from the basic tenets and philosophy of the therapy to understanding the model, expanding the model, and then providing the comprehensive details of what the therapy can do and cannot do. I truly believe that this course has provided me with an excellent set of tools to add to my repertoire of therapies. Thank you, Elmira!

In my view, there are many persons in our society who are suffering from their own thinking patterns. As REBT is mainly concerned to deal with irrational beliefs, I found this course very useful to tackle the problems of such people. Moreover I found this course much convenient because the good reference material helped me to develop my understanding with authenticity.
