Greg Gottfried's course is a short primer, about 1.7 hours across 29 lectures, for people who want to start shooting property listings. It runs from equipment and camera settings through a demo shoot, editing and delivering files, then gives a section to the business side: websites, Google tools and invoicing. The syllabus shows it was last updated in 2019, so some tooling has aged. The requirements say no photography experience is needed, and the reviews bear that out.
Most reviewers like how direct and well organized it is. Several single out the website and marketing lessons as the part other courses skip, and one says photos of their rental apartments improved right away. The complaints are consistent too. Some find the camera settings section too fast, one wanted downloadable guides for camera modes, and another says it is hardly a photography course beyond shooting in P mode and basic bracketing. A reviewer with a different Canon body found major differences from the settings shown, and a Canadian reviewer says the Google setup no longer works there.
At 4.5 stars from 1,440 reviews and over 5,000 students, it is well liked, and nearly nine in ten ratings are four or five stars. A course this short can't go deep, though, and a few reviewers say they found the same tips free on YouTube. Take it as a low-cost orientation and business checklist, then practice with a real camera. If you want serious lighting or editing craft, look elsewhere.

I appreciate how thorough Greg is in this course. There is a lot of ground, and he does a great job covering all of it. The only thing I would suggest is that he slow down on the section about camera settings, and point to which setting he's referring to as he speaks. Other than that, a terrific course.

If you are looking to get into RE Photography - this course will certainly put you on the right track. It is well structured and will show you how to go start to finish. I highly recommend anyone interested to take this course if you want a basic run down. However, all of the info presented I found on YouTube prior to this course - that is why I only gave it 3 stars. There are some sections with some lack of detail as well. Besides these negative points - I still recommend it, especially for the price point!

This course is very well presented and is easy to follow. The creating your own website part went by quiet quick and was difficult to follow on the first watch, but with repeat viewing i am sure it will get easier to follow the steps. The overall info in the course is excellent and i will definitely recommend this course if you are considering photography.

This was a very good course. A few things prevent me to rate it 5 full stars:
1. How much to charge (an idea). Per photo? Per session?
2. What about the bookings out of control situations (for example bad weather and such).
3. How much time does a photo shoot takes for a beginner? And for an expert? How to assess if the time is worth taking on the contract.
4. Alternative equipment for full frame DSRL cameras
