This was a great course with lots of useful information. While there was some initial issues with getting the resources, Chris was timely in resolving the issue and getting back to me with the resources, as well as repairing the issue within the course itself. An excellent course, thank you Chris!

Definitivamente, te ayuda a pensar mejor en que tipo de personal vas a contratar y como sacar su máximo potencial, además de evitarte futuros problemas en la contratación de nuevo personal

Take this course, you will not regret! If you wish to bypass years of mistakes, take the course I wish I knew this earlier… Learn by doing but you can also learn before doing if you know what I mean.

Till now course covered great things like framing of the perfect job posting for any vacancy in restaurant , how to shortlist resumes and schedule for interviews , how to find the right person for the job by judging on few parameters like their attitude , goal & objectives , past relationships with employer. I came across some really good points that i will take care when i am recruiter or while i am being interviewd for the Vacancy. There is only one problem that i am not able to download resource content.

I have learned a lot. Will apply in my restaurant manager job. The only thing i would suggest is a body language of Chris. Seems like he has a problem with neck and shoulders. Moving with head to left and right. It looks like nervosity, or might need chiropracter.

Yes it was a good match for me because i'm getting to understand the concept of hiring an employee and I'm also learning for my knowledge and understanding how to be prepared for interviews, how to answer, how to respond, body language, creating a schedule etc. Overall is was a great course and I’m hoping to apply all that I have learn to the real world because a butler and is actually interested in moving into the management sector or restaurants, butler manager etc. It was absolutely great..

Lots of helpful tips. He dissects each part, interviewing, orientation, training & development, and scheduling. He gives great tips and helpful examples for the hands-on learning experience.

I generally don't expect anything too flashy from udemy courses, but this series was a set of lectures. While informative and flowed well enough from one topic to the next, it felt no different than reading a text book.

Taking the time to ask the employee what they think the evaluation should be and how they are doing is a great point! I will definitely be using that strategy for the staff performance evaluation.
