This course was highly relevant to my role as a Risk Analyst. It provided practical tools for assessing supplier risks, managing third-party due diligence, and integrating cybersecurity considerations into procurement. Overall, it was a valuable and well-aligned learning experience.

Good material and subject matter. Speaker is not very engaging and the examples thus far have not been specific enough to be helpful/practical. With that said, I appreciated his grading models including one he created. Believe this will be helpful.

Risk management in supply chain and procurement involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks such as supplier disruptions, quality issues, and regulatory changes. Effective strategies include diversifying suppliers, monitoring performance, and using technology to optimize processes. A proactive approach ensures business continuity, reduces costs, and enhances resilience against unforeseen challenges.

This is a really good course to supplement your knowledge if you're already in a supply chain role like myself or even if you are new to the procurement and supply chain space. The content is clear to understand and is very relevant to any supply chain. The case studies help you understand supply chain risks in a practical way although it would've been nice to see best practice for how the risks were actually resolved in the case studies that were shared. Overall a really good course.

The Risk Management course exceeded my expectations! As a procurement professional, I found the content incredibly relevant and immediately applicable. The instructor's expertise shines through, providing a well-structured and easily digestible learning experience. Real-world examples bring the concepts to life, making it easy to grasp and implement in my day-to-day work. The inclusion of bonus e-books on procurement is a generous touch. I highly recommend this course to fellow professionals looking to elevate their risk management skills. Kudos to the instructor for this invaluable resource!

Great Course and very well organized lecutures with reading material. Though provoking for Supply chain professionals. The course definetly helped me to expand my knowlege in the Supply Chain Risk and to prepare me to be a better SCM professional.

The content is a good overview, I can recommend it for everyone who works in business not just procurement specialists. The presentation, and the editing of the provided/self written materials could be a bit more polished (language, aesthetics), but I am generally satisfied with the course.

I found the content of the material to be valuable. The structure was understandable and went smoothly. The narrator's accent however, made it really difficult to absorb the material efficiently. I had to retrace what he was saying which interrupted the process of learning.

This course is structured quite well. Right from types of risks to the tips in the last section, about managing risks in supply chain, most points relevant to Risk Mgmt in Supply Chain, are covered, along with corresponding case-studies and examples. For me, the Risk Assessment tools with action plan, as well as the TRUST approach, will particularly be the key takeaways from this informative course.

I have a BBA Degree, and had Risk Management included as part of my modules, and I also work as a Procurement Manager. I think this course is great for people who want a General Overview, but I would advise that the methods perhaps be shown in more details - i.e: Probability and Severity are both used to calculate a Risk Index, but the lesson did not include how to calculate probability as an example, and this may throw someone off who doesn't know how to calculate, or even determine the probability of an event occurring. Apart from that I think the course is good as a brush up and to refresh your memory on certain things which you may have forgotten.
