This course provided a great end-to-end overview of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Risk Assessment. The QM and risk assessment tools were explained clearly with practical examples and exercises, making the concepts easy to understand and apply. Suggestion for improvement: For the exercises, it would be helpful to provide the recommended decision, next steps, and expected outcomes so learners can compare their approach with best practices.

Presenter's voice is a little hard to understand. Also, it seems like the content could be condensed into a shorter set of videos.
