Salesforce AI Fundamentals (Udemy.com)

Ok course, nothing in-depth. Also not sure why I am not able to check same demo on salesforce login!

I was looking for an introduction to Salesforce using AI concepts. I use Salesforce and I separately use ChatGPT at work. This course gives me insight onto how I can better use Salesforce or to offer recommendations to our Admin team to enhance for better usage companywide. I took the course because I am interested in exploring Salesforce leaning CSM roles in the future.

Awesome course! The concepts are particularly easy compared to other Salesforce exams, so it was nice to accelerate the learning process with this exam than using the trailhead. Although I missed the deadline for scheduling my Salesforce AI exam since it will be discontinued, this information is still good to know. Thank you Emily and Jeremy.

It's just a narration no explanation, and why so rush slow down please. There should be proper explanation, people are paying for the course; and whatever covered on this course can easily and more accurately be available in internet or in other websites for free. And what about that giggling in between the narration?, it's already hard to understand your accent and speed of narration, stop that please it's not a face to face discussion where we interact like that. I hope this course could have been better. Disappointed!

Thanks for the course. I passed the exam my first attempt. This training is to the point and well thought out. My lowest score was in 'Data for AI'. (TBH I forgot to do the practice exam portion!) I took your associate course, and I appreciate that the AI Associate course has slides with backgrounds. I would maybe consider adding some icons, graphics, or visuals in your future slides. Thanks!

I wanted to do this just to have an understanding of the AI available, but I really did learn a lot. Did my exam this morning and passed! I find your courses really easy to follow and they flow really well. I like the end of section practice exam too, helps you know you're keeping up.

I recently passed the AI Associate exam on May 11th and wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding learning experience your course provided. The content was exceptionally well-explained, and the practical examples were invaluable in understanding complex concepts. I'm curious if there are plans to introduce a course on Salesforce App Builder in the future.

The course explains the concepts to the necessary extend without going too much into depth. Trailheads along with this course will be a plus. The course doesn't cover some topics which did appear in the exam, but gives the knowledge level to figure out answers to those questions. Overall did what its intended, I cleared my exam in the first attempt.

This is a great course. I had also taken the Associate course and I passed both my exams. Thank you so much for creating this course. I am sure it must have required a lot of effort to create the glossary and other resources but its totally worth it. I am starting my prep for the Admin cert now. Please build a course like this for Admin cert too.
