I've been using Salesforce for 4 years as an accidental admin. I've learned a few things from this course. Mainly, I have an understanding of what an admin should know and be able to do. Sometimes I wish this instructor would give more of an overview and description of various concepts instead of assuming we know what he's talking about.

It is not as described and difficult to understand the instructor who only gives a very high level view of the application, so it is not for beginners as advertised. It provides a very high level view of Salesforce, definitely not for beginners.
