Yes, because it really gives me a better understanding of what Salesforce resources I could use to better improve my knowledge of this CRM because I never got training from a certified user. A previous supervisor was very instrumental in showing me what the general functionalities were and I expanded my knowledge as needed.

Very clear so far, format is great and I'm able to understand what they are saying. Its at a great pace with the option to always go back and rewatch if needed, everything is made visually clear and demonstrated when required.

Salesforce is an interesting course that would equip you with the knowledge needed to simplify your role as a customer service adviser, sales assistant, business development manager, or marketing staff member. Most importantly you can monitor your level of engagement and account relationship management with your customers and prospects. Peace

Good and thorough explanations of the most important objects & actions in Salesforce. Course feels most suited for new users without any CRM experience, as there are a lot of explanations of very basic features such as how to edit the column layout of a table etc. Quizzes are way too easy and often possible to answer correctly just by reading how the questions and answers are phrased. I missed an overall summary of what was learned in the entire course in the end.

A well designed program to learn the basics of the CRM, I last used Salesforce in 2016 and after that I joined a different company which was using a different CRM software. Here we are in 2024, I do not find it difficult to learn again about the Salesforce CRM as it is well-explained in detail.

I am a Product Manager new to a company whose external client platform and internal CRM is built off Salesforce so I took this course with hopes that I can gain some common understanding of Salesforce terminology and features. I am leaving with more confidence in the terminology and capability of Salesforce and taking potential enhancement opportunities to my team!

I would retrieve one star because the accent is very difficult to follow and the automatic subtitles often get it wrong, which is normal as the accent is difficult to follow. On the other hand, thanks to you guys and to your great work, I am able now to start working with salesforce with more confidence. So Thank you again for your efforts.

The course was excellent. Never used this product before and feel like I could comfortably use it (as a user, not an admin) going forward. My bit of feedback was that I was somewhat frustrated by a small number of references to customized objects and changes to the layout the instructors made for the video which are not in the default configuration and they did not explain how to make these changes until much farther in the course.

I highly recommend this course to beginners. Step-by-step things were taught. I had zero knowledge about Salesforce and how we operate it. Now I can easily use it with the help of this course. Thank you for your time and guidance.
