Course Description
Have you ever wondered how you can automate business processes using flow?
My name is Andy Engin Utkan. I am an Architect and a Principal Consultant of Salesforce Process Automation. I have been teaching Flows for years.
I’ve crafted the quickest and simplest path to mastering Flow. By the end of this course, you’ll be proficient in all popular flow types and capable of building real-life use cases using the flow builder.
Flows are powerful Low-code automation tools. Administrators can apply custom business logic to automate tasks on the Salesforce Platform using flows.
Automating routine tasks frees up your time for high-value projects and reduces errors. Flow opens a universe of automation opportunities to help you reach your business objectives.
You can integrate your flows with Salesforce AI solutions, such as Agentforce, to speed up and optimize your business process further.
Mastering Salesforce Flow will boost your skills and open up new career path opportunities.
By the end of this course, you'll master all the popular flow types and know how to build real-life use cases.
Why is it essential to learn flows now? Salesforce picked this tool as the single low-code automation tool for the future, and announced the end-of-support date for process and workflow rules.
Flow skills are vital for administrators to extend their skills into the development world. The administrator job posts often ask for varying grades of development skills. Just knowing where the switches and dials are in the settings is no longer sufficient to qualify for a Salesforce job.
No worries. This course will teach you the skills you need to put low code development skills on your resume.

I don't recall giving this rating as I really enjoyed the course. I have changed my rating to 4 stars. For 5 stars, maybe there could be more insight provided into the flows, how they are constructed from scratch rather from having ready made flows in some instances, maybe even potential variations in building these flows and the results they achieve against the business case requirements.

I liked the course overall. I think it's good as the introductory course to Salesforce Flows. It could be better when the old lectures would be updated to the latest version so as to be more consistant. There were also moments when I could not exactly get what the lecturer is saying, but there were only a few. I liked the practical examples. My overall experience is good.

At the beginning flow was for me a real problem to understand the concept and after seen a lot of video still the same. But with this course I can say now I understand flow, which type of flow I should choose for a specific use case. Thanks Andy!

I'm really loving this course. Its very easy to follow and when I need it to slow down I just rewind a cpl seconds or hit pause. There are a cpl editing mishaps throughout the course. for example the new decision element in the loop section of the video has a part he meant to take out and edit. Its still doesn't effect the quality of the product. I'm still loving it.

Thank you for this course! I have a few certs but I know that Flows is/was a weakness. So, I've just finished this course and I can at least understand what's happening. It is well-put together and it's updated with the different releases. Thanks Andy!

The course was great but I wish it had more Actions and Related Records flow examples ( flows on different objects). I am still not clear on how to build flows on different objects. However, the instructor was generous enough to share his Slack group after completion of the course. I assume I would get help on flows when needed.

This courses provides detailed information about every parts of the Flow. This is a very first course that everyone should complete to build a Flow knowledge. The instructor is one of the best who has a great knowledge about the topic. This course would have been a little longer and could have been supported with more real time scenarios. In addition, the instructor may provide assignments to give a chance to learners to test their progress. Lastly, The instructor should spend a little more time on debugging since it's a very crucial part of the Flow. Overall, this course deserves five stars. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to learn or improve Flow skills.

This is a perfect course for those like myself that don't get the opportunity to really dig into Flows on a daily basis. This is a great foundation and I have already reviewed it twice to make sure I understand the different features of Flow. I loved the references to real use cases throughout the course and my favorite quote from the course "Just knowing where the switches and dials are in the settings is no longer sufficient to qualify for a Salesforce job." is so true. I would recommend this course to anyone new to the Salesforce ecosystem. Great job Andy!

This is a great course. I've been struggling with learning flow and Andy does a great job of explaining it and walking through the different pieces. I can see myself revisiting this course in the future. Great job Andy, and thank you!

This course helped me a lot to understand the logic of flows and to seize all the possibilities flows offer. After finishing the course, I have built my first flow for a customer right away. Thank you for these precious insights, Engin (abi)! :)
