Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification (Udemy.com)

This course was excellent! I passed my test on the first attempt. Since I don’t have access to a Marketing Cloud org, I reviewed the course twice to memorize where all the functionalities are located. Highly recommended!

The videos didn’t work great on the desktop I had to move to the tablet. Also I feel that a lot of the content is descriptive rather than explanatory. I would have liked to see more examples, show how to build journeys for instance and then have an example from start to finish on building a campaign in Marketing Cloud

Manish is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain each concept. Since the videos are also broken down by the sections and subsections, along with the percentages, it is really good to prepare for the exam.

Good points sharing, but the way it does can be more efficient via sharing additional experiences instead of reading from the presentation. But in general, it's very useful to recall knowledge before an exam.

I think sequencing issue. He tried but looks like no free demo account available so hard to show all and some of the features are hard to visualize. I think still he can correct sequence as start with company set up/ user set up basic platform set up and then each available tools similar to Salesforce admin to have better flow.

reputo che il corso sia organizzato in maniera eccelsa. L'unico grande difetto che ho riscontrato è stato il fatto che i sottotitoli in inglese non erano allineati all'audio e avevano molti errori. Penso che l'errore fosse dovuto alla pronuncia non perfetta dell'insegnante. Detto ciò una sufficienza è più che meritata!!!

This course is good, but I found that many of the content is the same from Salesforce Consultant Course and I bought both. Fortunately I had the chance to buy both with discount, because if I had payed full price my rating would be bad. I suggest the author to join both trainings in one clearly point to a common path and 2 specialization paths, or to split this in 3: a common path, and 2 specializations. Although the author is good, this situation makes me question if I should buy more from him, as I may find again videos / documents I already read / saw before.

Soy una persona más visual, aprendo mejor con video interactivos tipo walkthrough. Este curso tiene mucho contenido para lectura y los pocos videos que hay son screenshots donde solo explican, me hubiera gustado que se hiciera en un escenario real.

The content is wonderful thus far. My only complaint would be the zooming in and out of the screen. While it may not be possible, when you speak of header information, maybe show a screenshot to add additional context for new admins.

The course outline is well structured and the instructor gave exam tips throughout the course which I found really helpful. Highly recommend for anyone that is looking to take the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator exam.
