SDLC models:basics for beginners (Udemy.com)

The voice was a little difficult to understand, even the captions were wrong, but other than that it is REALLY GOOD AND INFORMATIVE COURSE, also while telling adv and disadv, one must tell all adv first then disadv next, NOT RANDOMLY MIX THEM, it is confusing.

Good course. Dictation was a bit fast paced and i sometimes struggled to clearly hear what said. Overall, good notes.

After completing this course, I have good idea about all models, it's pros, cons and difference between each other. Very good course to know about software development Models.

Thank you for this free course about Software Development Life Cycle. I did not know nor think about software development before this course. I learned a lot from this short course. I appreciate that the teacher pointed out the Pros and Cons (Advantages/Disadvantages) of each model. Thank you very much.

Most basics are covered. It is a good course for someone who is a beginner to get an overview of SDLC. I had issues with two topics - Agile Model and Software Prototype Model. There were some errors with concepts in Agile Model. Also, it felt like both these topics were read really fast from a piece of paper. It would be good if the topics were covered with a little more clarity

The experience was very good but I am unable to get its certificates. There is no trophy coming over there and I have double-checked to ensure that each of the video must be completed.

Good start for the beginner. But still do not understand how to decide which model to follow once getting a project.

The content & explanation is good. 1. However, a lot of content told should have been included in the slides. Example, during 'SDLC phases' video the coach told about each phases, the documents created and who creates these documents, but does not show the same on slides. Similarly, advantages & disadvantages of each model could have been shown on slides. To remember I have to play videos again and again and have to note down every detail. 2. Include slides to tell and compare in which situation each model is relevant 3. Few more lines to explain in detail - BRS, FRS & SRS. what is included in them and difference 4. Last but not least, the coach seems to be reading from some of his notes without realising that he actually giving a lecture and for his audience they require time to capture and understand every information he says. He just raced through the RAD & software prototype model as if he it was irrelevant. So dear coach, speak slowly keeping as if you are giving a lecture to live audience.

the lecturer of this course talks very fast and has a very strong accent when speaking in English which makes this course difficult to follow without replaying the course over a few times. The materials/context of the lecture gives a good understanding and is well covered.

I found too much difficulties to understand the Instructor. Flipping to read the Transcript made things worse. The figures are clear but the Abbreviations are not defined both on the figures nor on the slides. Maybe the instructor said what they stand for but couldn't catch them. A very though experience !
