Terribly boring, I understand the laws a little better and my role as a manager, but for some reason the whole tone is "wrong" I don't feel any more protected than I did 30 years ago and the laws and litigious society we have become has not improved the environment. It has made harassment go underground.

These learning opportunities, help you see a better picture. Who you are working with and what is around you, and how to stay focused on what you are doing, because you have all tools you need to succeed on any Harassment in the workplace. If everyone minds their own business, then you won't have to write up a report, because you be too busy doing your own work assignment, to worry or talk about anyone else, these types of people must not have enough work to do. Beside bring their outside issue to work. Which is causing issue in workplace, there people who loves drama and get into other people personal business, which should not be in the workplace or work area. while other people come to do their job and leave.

Great information and topics covered, it would be great to see an "international" update as in Australia we have some of the most regulated SHGBH laws and requirements under the Human Rights Commision 1984 and "Positive Duty" requirements.

I was sexually harassed by a gentleman that training me on a new computer program, he'd always touch my behind like it was friendly pat, I spoke with the supervisor about it, and a week later the company had transferred him to a different work site and i never seen him again.

It presented the basic facts. The graphics were average or below average. I encountered numerous spelling typos in the text of the slides. There were two presenters. One speaker was a woman, who was the presenter in 95% of the content. The other speaker was a man who presented in only one section. This course could use a good amount of refinement.

I learn that there are so many different types of harassment in the work place, you may not realize how you may make someone feel about them self , and you are harassing them with your words and actions.

Great tool for getting a high-level overview of Sexual Harassment, what it looks like and how managers should respond. I think my key takeaway here is that this is the breadth of what HR managers are trained to deal with and if I, as a manager/employee, of a company receive a sexual harassment claim, I should go directly to my HR manager and ask for support and not try to resolve anything on my own. I think that takeaway would be useful to add to a training course such as this, that we should encourage Learners taking this course to defer more to their internal HR resources. Additionally, but slightly more mild...there are a handful of typos within the modules that distract from the messaging. Specifically module 14 and maybe 25.

It was a good course but did seem to focus nearly entirely on man/woman harassment with a hint at alt genders towards the end. It would be good to expand the coverage content to include updated information about non-binary sexual harassment issues as that is becoming more common.

Good that the Company takes a serious view of sexual harassment. This training gives awareness of sexual harassment and also the channels to file a claim. Very detail and also includes the process of the investigation. Appreciate the effort although this training is a little too long.

Even though I am from Ontario (and some of the legal pieces do not apply), I appreciated the easy to follow icons, verbal and written steps, and clear "best practices"; I want any office I work in to go above and beyond the expectations for a workplace for all of these pieces
