Expected it to be more advanced. My fault. On the second hand as an introduction to SharePoint workflows it is quite a good one.

Information is good and the instructor presents it in an easily understandable format. A lot is applicable to SharePoint 2013, however, you will need to do some digging to make it completely work in the 2013 environment or use the 2010 legacy workflows built into 2013.
Really enjoyed the InfoPath lessons!
