Lots of difficult questions to be answered under different scenarios to get you ready for the actual exam. Overall, this practice test is very informative and explains each answer after the test submission, the price was good, can't complain. "I recommend this practice for those individuals who have already taken some sort of Security + course or training."

By Anonymized User on 12/22/2023

Valuable practice with this course! Scored 65-83% on the six practice exams, which was instrumental in my preparation. Delighted to report a 786 score on the actual Security+ exam on December 15, 2023. A must for those aiming for top marks

By Jonathan Gonzalez Hernandez on 10/21/2023

Passed my exam today with 788! The practice tests were a vital to my success on the exam today, specially the simulated Performance Based Questions (PBQ). I get stressed out on those questions, but it was a breeze; I felt confident on the PBQ. I also took additional practice exam from other sources in order to raise my chances of success. The exam felt a bit hard, but mainly for the way the questions were asked. Keep in mind that most of the questions will ask on how to solve a problem. I would say that 80% of the test was about that.

Some questions didn't seem to apply, or, they didn't come from online sec+ courses, which means I didn't have a chance to be exposed to the specific information. Also, it seems that a lot of the questions were contextual and required experience to answer, whereas with the books and study courses, we are just supplied with information about a concept and not how to apply it in certain contexts. This isn't true about every question but it was something that was repeatedly an issue. It seems like it is training to be a network analyst and not to be sec+ certified. I can learn information, but it takes experience to be able to apply it correctly. That is just my two cents, whoever is reading this, I appreciate you! Thank you guys for providing an avenue for me to practice and for trying to improve it!

Yes some questions are not needed for the sy0-601, but I would say it definitely helped me to be over prepared rather than under. I took a full course to prep for the sec+ and found I was studying for the outdated 501. Between these practice exams and a few others I was able to pass the exam first try.

The questions are relevant to the information found in the manual, are mildly challenging and, probably the best part, compared with other packages available on this platform, the questions are accompanied by detailed explanations. 5/5 for this one. Just hope to see more such practice tests here, for both Security+ as well as many other exams.

Ladies & Gents, please keep up the work that you do. It was an amazing experience in terms of going through each practice test. Each practice test was 91 questions long and each practice test exposed me to different subject levels as well level of difficulty. I'm ready to move onto the practice exam. Will let you know how I done on the actual exam! Chat with you soon!

I have been studying for about 3 months for the Sec+ test that I was scheduled to take yesterday. All of the practice tests I was taking I was passing, but I wanted to cover all of my options so I purchased this set, as well as others. I failed every single one of his tests, by a lot. The reason was not because I didn't know the material, it was because of the way the questions are worded, and the fact that a lot of the questions literally have more than one answer, which he admits in the answer guides. Many questions require more than one answer but he does not tell you that, so you get it wrong. I even found some that were just plain wrong. I took the ACTUAL security plus test yesterday and those questions were very upfront and direct. You have to know the material, but you don't have to worry about them screwing around with you trying to trick you into giving the wrong answer. I got 60%-75% on every one of his test, and I got a 90% on the real CompTIA security plus test. I would recommend either getting Professor Messer or going with Mike Meyers or Jason Dion. They were all much closer to the actual exam format.

I wish i'd known this long time ago. This was a very good exercise. Tyring to complete the whole set. Would've love to see some performance based test in it. But over all it was very good.

By David Phillips on 12/12/2020

I just took the S+ exam yesterday and I barely passed (And I received the three PBQ version which to my understanding is the easiest(I could be very wrong though)). The questions in this Practice exam were different than the questions on the S+ exam, by that I mean the complexity of the S+ exam was far greater than this these in the Practice Exam. The topics in the S+ exam were different and deeper than found here in this Practice Exam. I think if it were not for me constantly rotating through these six practice exams until I was scoring 97 or greater I might've had less favorable results yesterday.
