Six 2024 CompTIA Security+ (SY0-701) Practice Tests w/PBQs (Udemy.com)

I was able to get a 756 passing score on my actual exam last week, and it made all of the difference from using the practice to finish preparing for the actual exam. Thank you for the material you provided with the practice exam.

I just took and passed the Comptia Security Plus using this course. But I have to say I was a bit shocked taking the test as it didn't line up with these practice tests well at all. None of the Performance Based questions were similar at all. I didn't have any Firewall Rules config questions, No questions to name port numbers, and no matching terms questions. And the multiple choice practice questions didn't match up very well with the actual exam questions. Don't get me wrong, I did learn a lot from this course, but it wasn't very similar to the actual test.

the questions are overly tricky and complicated. i feel that they do not represent the comptia sec plus exam accurately. at least i hope not!!! no other practice exams are this convoluted...

Too many out of scope questions and too many questions are just meant to trick you and confuse you instead of proving you know the material. However, I did enjoy some of the PBQs since they are not only relevant, but required solid understanding and knowledge. Overall, a very mixed bag.

The course was super tough which is exactly what I needed. The PBQ's were exactly what I needed. I didn't do as well as I thought I would but also gave me a baseline to work off of as I move forward in my preparation giving me a more realistic expectation and baseline to work off of.

This course helped me grasp the most complicated concepts I was struggling on. Mike has an incredible ability to break things down in such a simple, clear, and approachable way. Passed the exam on first try with 780!

As a game designer myself, I feel a connection with Mike. His questions are more sophisticated, and every time one challenges me, I can almost picture his smiling face. The practice questions thoroughly tested my fundamental knowledge, and the explanations were clear and insightful. By the way, I just passed the SY0-701 exam! Thank you, Mike!

The course include all kind of questions relative to the Security+ contents, also PBQs. There are to many challenge questions and all answers are well explained. This course as so as Dions and Messer test and guides, best resources to study. Good luck!

My first experience with this course is very positive. It seems to accurately emulate the CompTIA exam, including Performance Based questions, and the explanations of correct answers are clear and concise.

I was having issues with the technology of the test #4 timer and not the content of the test itself (I wonder if this could apply to any question in the SY0-701 test ;-). I opened a ticket and Udemy tech support researched it and told me to contact the author of the test, Mike Chapple. I emailed Mike the info and he fixed the test timer issue and emailed me within a day letting me know that he had resolved the issue. Thanks Mike. Not only is Mike's test content exactly what I need to help me pass the SY0-701 test, but his response and dedication to learning is top rate.
