After completing this, you are not ready to take the exam. Further study is required, not all terms are reviewed. Furthermore, Labs 4 and 7 were incomplete, they did not provide material necessary. Instructor also goes over material very fast, as if he were rushed. I took this thinking once done, I'd be set for the exam, but not so.

Good first course for learning Splunk. Very structured and delivered in a concise way. Easy to listen to and very good content.

He went fast at times, but he explained everything in a good manner. The instructor provided us with great visuals. Only thing that was convenient, was during the lookup section. If you didn't have a lookup file created you had to input placeholder data on your own, outside of that the course was great and helped me pass the core user exam last week.

Not having the option to use the lab without signing up for a trail with splunk is wack, but the corse presentation through udemy is good

It's been very informative and easy to understand at first but as the labs went on, the explanations and examples were too fast to understand.

This course should include more hands-on lab questions which allow students to write queries more frequently on their own, instead of having the students watch the tutor show the answers straight away. Perhaps, the tutor gives a range of questions and explains the answers later so that students can try writing queries on their own.

Outstanding delivery of the material. Definitely a perfect course for someone new to Splunk or going for the Splunk Core User Certification.

Course was at slow pace and every word he said was important. Had basic labs as well. Will watch again. Very pleased!
