Can you use more animations to better understand what you are refering to? Othewise it's good. People who have a hard to to keep track of is speed; i'd recomend using the video speed on umedy's user interface. It is there for a reason.

If you know nothing about SPAC's, this is an excellent course. The lecturer keeps you engaged and the succinct slides make for a great learning experience. Also, the use of real-world companies makes the complicated sections easy to learn and most importantly easy to remember. I highly recommend this course.

Enjoyed the course. The instructor's topic coverage and presentation style reminded me of sitting in an advanced financial topics course during my MBA days. I was generally aware of SPACs prior to taking this course, but wanted a better understanding of the pros/cons of SPAC investing. For better or worse, I now have a well-informed, much lower opinion of SPACs.

Great course! Outlines some resources for doing your due diligence while looking at potential investments. This course also includes the life span of the spac and the diffrent stages the company will go through. just what I was looking for to get a reasonable overview of spacs in general. Content of the course is good. I expected some more resources to be shared here in this course like, what are good resources to learn about new SPACS, which are the tools out there, What books/material to read. How to find new SPCAS. If those details are added then it will be even better course.

I knew a little about the topic of the course, so the introduction has been a sort of "refresh" of my memory. But I can say that the manner of presenting the argument is much amazing. The professor shows his ability to explain the lesson in a spectacular way. I can't wait to continue the course!

Great content, easy to understand for someone brand new to SPACs. Length of course is perfect to hit the ground running with quality information. This is my third course with Steve, highly recommend his videos!

I've been coming to see that so far, any course that Steve releases is going to be a quality course and you're guaranteed to learn something new and useful. this was a great course on the relatively new concept of SPACs

I've been looking to improve my investment returns through IPO/VC-type opportunities and have been curious about SPACs. I'm glad I took this course as it has provided me with the information I was looking for. Steve is a great instructor. He covers SPACs in detail through real-world examples, while keeping it simple and interesting.

Udemy asks after 3 videos for a review which doesn't really allow for you to review the whole course. However, I will say Steve is brilliant. He is a great communicator, hugely knowledgable and passionate about his subjects. My only criticism so far is that I would like to know from the start whether SPACS are for only high net worth individuals or not. Can you invest small sums and, if so, how little? Can I invest just $100 or a $1,000? Also, right from the start of the course I would like to know if SPACS are only open to U.S. citizens or whether they are open to UK citizens, Europeans, Australians, New Zealanders, Asians, Africans et al. If SPACS are only limited to U.S. citizens and Canadians then this course is useless to me as I won't be able to invest. I will complete the course; it is interesting, but I am wondering if I am going to discover that I won't qualify to ever invest in SPACS. But it is always great to learn something new.
