Talent Management basics: learn modern Human Resources (HR) (Udemy.com)

Course content was concise and straight forward. A quick refresher on the topic for anyone already in the industry. There are several occasions with grammatical errors.

The sections are very short and as soon as the speaker starts to explain something, he finishes very quickly and as a result the topics are not treated in detail whereas the titles are very promising. Especially at the section 8, number 18, there was no comparison made between the old and the appropriate way to do the performance evaluation.

Detailed course. Well structured and well designed. Simple to understand language for non native English speakers, good to see that the Instructor put subtitle on because it is difficult sometimes to understand the speaker.

Good, Really helpful for personnel managing people under them. This will help for planning the development of company through productive staff. Will help to identify a persons talent for further promotions in the company. Overall a good learning about identifying the potential talent rather than recuriting a person to fill the space.

Definitely a good one. I hope i learn a lot of new things from this course. This was a course completely theory and gave me an insight of what i'm going to deal with in the coming years. I've gained a lot of knowledge with this course. I hope i'm able to put it into practice.

This course has been really helpful, talent management was a confusing topic to me as it is relatively a new field to get into. Thanks Instructor, for explaining it so well, 6 hiring steps are worth knowing specially when you are manager and hiring is included in your day to day activities.

I could not understand speaker very well. I had to read the lesson, the print was very small. Just was not at all what I was expecting.
