I really like this course. The pace is reasonable for a beginner and the instructor is very engaging. I would definitely recommend this course for anyone who wants to start with chinese.

I love that this course is all about repeating pronunciations and understanding through the way that things sound in your mouth instead of just reading words and trying to guess what they mean or how they sound. The instructor is extremely good at helping with repetition and teaches in a way that is very easy to understand and pace. I'm already having a MUCH easier time with this course than any other foreign language course I've taken before, and I speak 3.

Now I will be able to speak chinese with my chinese girlfriend. I am merely getting started but this the best way to study chinese I have found. Good pacing, a lot of repeating, being encouraged to stop the video and think the anwers, good pronunciation for beginners, etc.

I really like the flow and able to understand easily. I Had to see 2 or 3 times the same the lecture and had to practice. Thanks for making me understand this language.

Great for beginning from scratch. I love how I have an understanding of not only the tones, but also learned more about Pinyin in a different way than other learning materials I've used. I like the simple explanations.

He is not using his own material. Instead from a textbook. In daily life I am not going to ask somebody when I meet them for the first time if they are a teacher or a student. Also during the lessons he says: please repeat but doesn't pause but almost instantly continues with his lesson. Of course i could stop the video at that time but that's not clear and would be annoying to do that all the time. Also with the character writing lessons, no explanation is given there. You just have to follow the lessons. Would be good to understand that the lines can't be too low or too high etc...

Perfect with IC as basis! Pls, pls, pls create another course for IC3 and IC 4! Easy to understand, good explanations, Mr. Binnatov really goes through everything very systematically. 很好！

I love the Teacher's method of teaching!!! He has a logical, systematic, organized way of delivering every lesson. He can simplify the most complex lesson I. Chinese. His voice is calming and his expression is kind. Being a total beginner (I feel like a student in the nursery grade) , I am able to follow his stead because he does it like a mother, guiding me in every step and giving me examples, showing the way, demonstrating (I can write volumes about his expertise) and above all, assessing my progress. The content is very comprehensive; it covers all the basics that will lay a very solid foundation in learning Chinese. This course is true to its name. It is indeed the BEST CHINESE COURSE EVER! I don't usually write reviews, but I felt it was important to state just how well constructed this course is. Even if we ignore the sheer value for money due to the total hours of teaching in this course, which goes far beyond your average Chinese language course, it is immediately clear that this teacher is a professional and really has poured his heart into making the course the best it can be. With the exception of speaking, which this teacher also states is a weakness of any language course where you don't get to speak directly with someone, every aspect of Chinese language practice has been covered. I have been really enjoying this course, not only is it fun, but it is really informative and crammed full of interesting grammar and additional practice. The teacher has also provided regular tests to help you practice what has been learnt, and due to the massive number of hours in this course, it has helped me remember what I have learnt. It is obvious that this has been a labour of love. In summary, I cannot rate this course enough, if you are looking to learn Chinese, you will not find a better course on Udemy. I have not finished the whole course yet ( due to time commitments and not the course itself) but I can already feel that my Chinese has improved alot because of Mr. Binnatov. If you are reading this, Mr. Binnatov, please start making the 'Intermediate to Advanced Course'. I would definitely buy that one too.
