Having worked in both public and private firms for many years, and now as a CEO seeking to raise capital for a new startup, this is absolutely the first presentation that speaks thoroughly to the 'art of raising capital', developing a comprehensive and coherent pitch deck, and presenting to potential investors. This should be taught in every business class in every business school in the nation. Thanks for making this available! Bravo!

This was really good and detailed. I have taken a few courses on this topic and this is by far the best. It was long and detailed enough to cover everything in full, but still concise enough to not make it unnecessarily long with added fluff. Definitely would recommend this video if you are interested in this or wanting to take your knowledge to the next level.

This was an excellent course. I was stressing about preparing a pitch and this took some of the anxiety of of it. A few more real life examples would be great. The financials sections seems devoted to online tech companies. Low Volume - High Margin durable goods (infrastructure) is not really the target audience. Then again, it doesn't seem like the entire ecosystem has much for an appetite businesses that have some inkling of Unicorn bait.

very interesting, insightful. Some things I wish I would have known before. Very-pin pointed so be focused. graphics should be better as he is teaching us how to pitch but the presentation is far from professional. Real world slides should be embedded more often in order to show implementation.

This is a alpha course on pitch deck strategy and preparations for Entrepreneurs. I am a HK based Entrpreneur and have been both a fund manager and now Entrepreneur. In 2007 I prepared for an IPO on the London Stock Exchange and pitched to 150 banks and funds and hedge funds across the US and Europe. This is an outstanding course to know how to prepare an top-tier pitch and to prepare yourself to go get some dollars. Highly recommended resource. Well done to the presenter/course providor.
