The course was very detailed and the instructor made it very easy and clear to follow as a first time investor about what you should look for. I found it very helpful that there was a step by step walk thru of the excel sheets with the formula's provided for you so you just need to enter numbers for the results. The free resources was a plus.

This will fit my niche just right, there is a great market for investors who is nearing retirement but do not want to leave their funds in the stock market and are looking to move into a safer investment with more stable returns. This a great teaching course...great job!

This was great information and a pretty solid model. The things I would want added would be sensitivity analysis and the ability to see different forms of financing e.g. equity partner, hard money loan, etc.

I learnt a lot about single family homes, the lectures are awesome and have a lot of information. some of the lectures could not be understood in the first session, but I would go back and unlearn and relearn things described in the course to meet the local conditions.
