This was a great course that really allowed me to understand conceptually how a waterfall works. I wish we could've skipped thru repeating the excel shortcuts every time and focused on just the waterfall, since I think some other courses cover excel shortcuts & whatnot. It kind of distracted from the flow a little bit. But overall the course was great.

My name is Justin Kivel, and I’m a real estate investment professional with a love for teaching. Throughout my career, I’ve worked on over $1.5 billion of closed acquisitions across multifamily, retail, office, and mixed-use properties.
