Justin, this course is absolutely perfect. I recently got my master's in real estate and have been applying for jobs left and right. I bought this course to help me prepare for an Excel exercise that I took yesterday. I completely and it was because taking Justin's course jogged my memory. I'm now flying in for an in-person interview with a high profile Denver-based private equity firm because of it. I highly recommend it, and actually I'm only through the first case study and 70% done with the course!

I would have liked it to have additional explanations of the different numbers and how to interpret them.

This was more like a revision for me as i have enrolled for Justin's other courses. I really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this amazing content on CRE interviews and expalining what the employers are looking for. Fantastic course overall. I've taken a few of Justin's courses and you can't go wrong taking any of them, he's a great teacher and really does a great job explaining all topics from beginner to advanced. His courses have helped me land a financial analyst job at a REIT.

Very good prep course. It covers a lot of topics and functions. It's good for those looking to prep for an interview exam or just to brush-up on financial modeling. You would get more benefit by having some knowledge of Excel and financial modeling because the lessons in this course are presented at a quick (but thorough) pace.

Explained pretty well and for beginners rather than intermediate I would say. The only thing I did not like is how you model Debt Service. You do it by using formulas like PMT, PPMT and so on, but in my opinion it is better and especially more helpful to calculate manually rather than using the formula, cause you better understand the logic and how the formula works. Besides deeper understanding, you also are able to eventually manipulate better the formula. anyway, great course, very helpful, perfectly explained and taught, you touch all the topics you might face in an interview, you talk clean nice and with no mistakes 5/5 for sure!

An amazing course that gave me great insight into what it will take to ace the real estate financial modeling interview. I highly recommend his other courses as I have coupled a few together and the modeling work is starting to make sense faster and become more automatic. Great job!

Justin is a very clear instructor who can explain complex topics and formulas with ease. I have learned a ton from all of his courses and hope to use them to enhance my own career path!
