It's one of the largest applications on the platform with many different components that must all work together in harmony in order to deliver a successful customer-facing portal.

Topics are very well explained. I would like to share my personal experience with you which worked well. Increase the speed to 1.5x , you will be more attentive throughout the course compared to normal speed.

Good course, very useful for understanding the whole picture of Service Portal. The version of ServiceNow seem bit old, updates will be more helpful. And I hope the source codes be available on GitHub.

Very nice explanation about the portal. But one needs to have an understanding of the AngularJS and Bootstrap before this course. Its really hard for the beginners like me to understand the classes used in css and out of the box widgets available to select in different situations. I feel that there should be little more stress on passing data from server side to client side (how to pass data from html to server script, server script to client script and link function to client/server script or html). but overall I am happy with this course because it gave me a strong understanding of portal concept and will excel if we keep practicing. Thank you!!
