itis a great course.. I am new to JIRA. However, I had to pauseusing the software at the begining of the course to be the primary caregiver for my elderly parents whom unfortunately passed away recently. So, I lost track of how to use the JIRA software trough Alliance provider. I had beeN receiving emails from them that my access to the Jira software will end at the end of January. How do I re-engage with it to review and continue the jA training?

I liked the content but I struggled with my free version of Jira, so I had to repeat sections alot. My version of Jira did not match the course version, e.g. I was not able to add Backlog to the Kanban project.

I like the demonstrations to help users to follow the steps in using Jira. I think the course will be better if there were more examples or practice. Overall, the explanations are clear and concise. However, it may be confusing at times to follow if the version we are using are different. For instance, the search issues function is not quite the same as the one on the video. Perhaps it may help to explain or show the different interfaces and where the functions could be.

This was a really great course. Although JIRA has had several new version releases to its software since 2019 when this training became available - it was still relatively easy to follow regarding core basics. Also, understand that the trainer/facilitator has multiple projects he has of his own already in JIRA so he does move around from various projects to show you different things and doesn't just focus on the JIRA project case for this training that you build. It's also good to know, that he teaches the basics of JIRA and walks you through those processes and reporting but you do need to have a core understanding of Agile and its methodologies like SCRUM & Kanban to make sense of it all. This is not a course to teach you the Agile framework and methodologies. It's a course to teach you how to apply and navigate the tools in JIRA. Really great course! I enjoyed it and finished it in 2 days (2.5 hours day 1, and less than 2 hours day 2). I will continue to revisit this course for point of reference. Thanks so much!

In the initial sections of the course, the instructor assures that contents covered could be followed along on the lines of features accessible on the free cloud account on JIRA, however, the content elaboration in the footer end of the course (Reports) could not be made much sense out of as he illustrated the subject with classic & next-gen project types which are features accessible to only paid users of JIRA.

This course was good and I surely learned a lot of great information. The course can be a little hard to follow at times. There is a newer console rather than the classic used in the course. I would have preferred a Next-Gen course current with the newer console and would have rather had my discount applied to that course. In honesty, it is helping me to figure things out so that enhances the learning a bit. Thank you. If you have a newer course, and I could get the same discounted deal, that would be appreciated. Overall though, I enjoyed the course and learned a lot. Would recommend.

Yes. But the tutor's pace is a little bit fast.

A good introduction to Jira.

So far so good....hands on exercises are very helpful. Minor problems with CC translations from instructor's voice to printed words... e.g. Jira becomes Juror. One more thing....my free version does not have all the features the instructor is covering but I am familiar with the missing features from using Jira at work

I feel like it's very basic, and the title it's like complete, maybe it should be called basic, or introduction, and add more series later
