I have almost read the book Now I want to study deeper into it's message. Should be good!

There are so many wonderful treasures shared in these teachings and help given to learn how to better see other treasures when I learn at my own leisure.

Jesus' death on the cross is not a tragedy; it's not the last thing in a sad story. The cross changes the world. The cross begins a revolution. What is this revolution? What does the cross really mean? The answers to those questions are in this wonderful course by Professor Wright.

I am still quite confused.

fantastic. i read the book - now the course is helping me reflect more deeply on it. i'm doing it with a small group of colleagues with whom i serve refugees internationally. so helpful as we move through so many cultures and worldviews.

I've been wrestling with the real meaning of the cross. I've tried reading the book 'the day the revolution began' but didn't get far. So it seemed obvious to do this course as I'm a fan of NT . For many years I've worked with substitutionary atonement alone but that doesn't seem to contain the enormity of what happened at calvary that day.

I believe that the cross is central to understanding Jesus and the scriptures. Since visiting the ancient sites of Rome as a teenager, I have been compelled to recognize the importance of the death of Jesus and its mystery.

Yes I am enjoying the sessions. I do not think the multiple choice questions always match what is included in the sessions. I even went back and listened to one segment again and the information required to answer one of the questions was not included.
