Kelly Mcgonigal is amazing, and I learned helpful techniques. But this class was part of a broader workshop, so she would reference things like, oh this is what Kirsten was talking about. I didn't know what Kirsten had been talking about. She also had us do things like hug ourselves, which I assume (because she is a professor at Stanford) has some sort of science backing behind it, but we weren't told in this lecture what it was. I wish it had been longer, but I was happy with the content overall.
