I learnt a lot and with a lot of enthusiasme! I was told recently that my communication skills were lacking and this course certainly made me understand a few things... All the infos are clearly explained and to the point. I started watching and taking notes and ended up finishing all of the course without noticing. I'm really eager to use what I learnt and understood! Thanks!

It is a good course for basic understanding of persuasion techniques. The speaker also talks about factors that influence relationship. He shared about his personal experience and how to overcome them. I hope the course can dive deeper into psychological behaviour of humans to allow more understand of the topic. Generally I still recommend this course.

The content could have been more real to practical use by some case study or in depth understanding of particular methodology taught .Expected better but overall the course is worth learning to encompass tangible ideas and knowledge in day-to-day life.

I took this course to improve my existing communication skills, and it seems I have been doing it the Phil Hesketh way for a long time :) This course definitely has been a refresher and was absolutely delightful to take. Phil teaches the essence of forming good relationships and improving existing relationships, however with the rapidly progressing world that we are in it is a bit more challenging to adapt and apply some of these principles, since more of these relationships are formed online. I would appreciate if Phil could use more in-depth examples of the things we go through today (especially during the Covid Pandemic). Massive respect to the man, who I'm sure if I had personally met would have been an excellent mentor to me. Sending you and your family best wishes dear Mr. Hesketh.

Mr. Philip has been really good. His way of explaining things with different scenarios as an example has been great. Learnt quite a new things and manner of communicating with others at every level and situation. It was a great start for me. Thank you.

So...I think when Udemy asks just minutes into a course if it's any good it's rather obnoxious and don't answer anymore. But...in just the few minutes into this course I have learned a bunch. I am taking this course because, as a supervisor in a public service agency, I am continuously facing change and need to be a change agent to my unit. It's a difficult crowd. I have already acquired some tools I can use. Great course. Having now finished the course I was satisfied with the content. This is a great introductory course and covers many angles and I would like to now pursue some of the topics in greater depth. I am hoping this instructor chooses to expand on some of these topics in other classes.

Phil Hesketh has his way of delivering what he is teaching, great quotes, real life examples, key words and phrases. It made me think really deep on how people talk and what they say . I want more more more from this. I felt super engaged and definitely plan on learning more from the Expert Academy

The Psychology of Persuasion and Influence with Phil Hesketh is nice course bundled, packed full of knowlegde. To-the-point, direct and condensed. I hope more lectures will be added in the future. As I think there is more about influencing. Maybe add a chapter about different situations to influence (work, sales,private) And maybe some content about different strategies.
