Some of the suggestions made by the person offering this course does not take into account the differing socioeconomic backgrounds of the individuals assigned to take it. While the advice may be good intentioned, it is of little use to those who cannot afford some of the support options she offered as viable solutions to freeing up our time.

I think this course might be a good starting point if you wanted to know what productivity guidence to start looking into. It's too short for someone hearing these things for the first time to internalize or act on, but it might be a good steping stone to looking more into the topic with a longer form course or book.

I am a busy auntie taking care of my sister's three kids (5 year old twins and a 10 year old)! I am extremely overwhelmed and really needed this course to help me get back on track. I learned some very valuable tools to help me multitask while I also take care of myself! Thank you!

As I am a single working full time mama it gets difficult at times. I had to start doing split shifts once school started back up. And being a single mama of a 6th grader and an elite athlete my days are very hectic. From very early mornings to very late nights. My daughter goes to school and is in the gym training 4 nights a week for 4hrs each night. So it feels like I am always on the go sometimes I'm not sure if I'm coming or going. So yes this course had some pretty helpful info. Thank you.

As a toddler mama this course was a refresher course for me. Busy working Mama it feels good to circle back to the basics and ensure I am prioritizing and doing some sweet/ nice for myself daily. Lastly, I think it is nice for expecting parent or new parent to watch prior to getting back into the workforce. The topic of multi tasking and having such skill and grace for self isn't talked about enough.

Marisa, I totally loved this course, I listened to it in our hour ( while multi tasking a bit). After being a stay home mom for 7 years, going back to work was overwhelming ( Sorry, meant to say, quite a shock). But I already have: 1. A list of Top 10 things to do every day 2. A moms day off once a month where I go off and spend time with my friends 3. I power through deadlines, reschedule certain things and leave others to go undone 4. I pair household tasks with listening to music/ podcasts 5. Have a support system ( husband, children, family, friends) outsourced my shopping, automated many tasks and pay bills online all without any guilt. My biggest lesson is Multitask the Mindless, Solo task the Mindful. Thanks Marisa.

It was really good. I went into it expecting the usual advice (mostly unrealistic, unattainable) but was pleasantly surprised with her "let's be real" approach - instead taking that advice and grounding it in the reality of being a working parent. The most impactful section to me was the takeaway of "this is not a priority to me right now" and not letting guilt keep you from asking for help. The course was very engaging - love how it was broken up - as I was able to end one course, answer some emails, and continue with the next course, etc etc. Highly recommend.

I'm also a wife, mother, sister, i carry all on my shoulders and at times i feel over whelmed, needing some alone time and most importantly to have self care and devoting some time to myself. However on these videos i've learned that everything is a choice until you take a step to change the negative into the positive.

These simple steps are truly amazing and I am starting to see my life in a different light and without stress. Thank you for sharing this valuable tips with us in this course. This course is highly recommended not only for working moms and working dads but also for all those who are suffering from stress. Keep up the great work!
