The main thing is to become successful we need to balance our four areas. Physical, intellectural, emotional and spiritual. The instructor clearly tought us that if we want to be successful in life we need to work out in all four areas. We cannot afford to ignor of them. He also share with us his daily rituals which brought him tangable results; Pray, affirmation, meditation and visualization. Lastly the action plan was great.
