So far I really like the course. The one thing I would like to see is more steps how to do things. Instead of talking about how I can change my default browser to google I would like to see how to do it. But overall this is a really good course and the instructors are great

This is a good course and presents basic IT concepts in an easily understandable manner. As for the Tech+ certification test, there were a lot of questions not covered in this course. I did pass, and acheived my goal of certification, but I would have appreciated some more in-depth resources.

I really liked the course, apart from learning it made me laugh, and the way of explaining with examples made me understand in a less complex way. English is not my language and I have basic knowledge in computers, so the way the teacher explained helped me to have fewer difficulties

Overall I learned alot but I think alot of topics need a bit more in depth coverage. I don't feel certain that this course alone is enough to pass the ITF+ exam. I've examined other sources that point out important topics that had more information, so I am using those to expand my source of study. This course definitely has value from an absolute beginner standpoint. My 1 1/2 Star deducted is because I wanted a lot more quiz questions to go over the stuff that was discussed, and I felt some topics need to be more thoroughly talked about. I bought this with the purpose of fully preparing myself for the CompTIA ITF+ exam. Good info in general but it needs more!

great presentation of material. The set ups are cheesy, but it made learning more engaging and easier to understand! This course is a great "starter course"and jumping off point. A LOT of material is covered. Be forewarned however, to pass the actual exam, you need to supplement this material and take a lot of practice exams. I found this course prepared me for about 35% of what was asked on the actual exam. The content is great, I love how it's presented. Just know that the actual exam requires more than just taking this course!

I'm learning additional information alongside my CompTIA ITF+ cert training class. I could use less of the humor; it can be distracting.

I would have given higher rating but the video codec/algorithm used for the lessons resulted in a lot of buffering.

This is a great course to review or learn computing fundamentals. Strongly encouraged for those looking to see if a career in Computer Technology is interesting or right for you.

It was really good, was hoping for more technical though and more software based but otherwise really fun to watch and learn.

Great introduction course for getting me up to speed on today's technologies.

The course was easy to follow. Didn't overwhelm you with information, but gave me time to digest the information as I self-paced through this week of learning. Good prep for the next courses. I love the real life scenarios and visual analogies to bring the points home.

Scott Jernigan is an AMAZING teacher who made me feel all set for the ITF + exam! In each chapter he explains the subject in plain language. I did have trouble in the last two chapters. I feel that those chapters lacked analogies. Highly recommended for improvement. Top course!
