Thank you. I had chosen this course because it takes on & discusses the three agile methods side by side and in the context of innovations. I think more deep diving on a particular case would be helpful e.g. ING and how it uses the three methods and the handover among them. But teacher has done a great job of reminding when to use which methods in several places during the course.

I enjoyed the course and find it inspiring. Well structured, clear, easy to digest and direct. For an absolute laic as me, I`ve created an understanding of Agile and even lit s sparkle in me to continue further education. However some of the exercises were not applicable for me and I had to postpone them. Really liked the bonus section with how to apply agile in you life and re-design it. If you had a more advanced course on Agile, I`d of taken them too after completing the basic.

By Christian Dreischer on 5/5/2023

The course provides a great overview of the three agile methodologies, the theory behind them, their key concepts, how to apply them, and how they overlap. You'll also learn what it takes for management and teams to successfully apply these methodologies. The course is well structured and includes exercises that deepen your understanding. It's great that you also get the course script, which is not a given with many courses I've seen on Udemy.

It was a good introduction to Agile methodologies and mindset. I liked the idea of using this method for personal development. The course seemed to be focused on software and services businesses but It would be good to see how this could be applied to engineering projects which have large procurement cycle where iterative sprint process is difficult (once you place an order for equipment it may be difficult to have any refinements via sprints). Some comparisons to the traditional method seemed a little "one sided". For example, the waterfall method having a large risk because the solution is not implemented until the end. However many traditional project counter this problem by implementing gate systems where viability is tested at different stages of the design. Also another claim that was made that was not particularly clear to me is that the agile method has a better or more defined timeframe. Whilst this seems to be the case for the individual sprints, the number of sprints could vary widely. I am not defending the traditional method but if you are making comparisons than I suggest some more research into how the waterfall system is implemented in real life.

This has been a powerful and practical introduction to not only Agile concepts but also general Product Management concepts. It is relatively top level, but that is to be expected from an introduction course. The delivery is engaging with good slides, clear charts and interesting content. I have been watching at 1.5x speed because the delivery is a little slow for me personally, but it is good that we have the choice depending on how quickly we prefer to go through the content. I adapted the Best Wallet task to Best Schoolbag so I could do it with my son, we both found it very interesting and worth the time invested. The only improvements I could suggest would be cutting back a lot of the introduction at the very start of the course (feels like I was welcomed to the course 4 times) and there are no subtitles, which is dreadful for accessibility reasons and perhaps also for those who do not have English as a first language.

By Ángel Garrido Álvarez on 3/13/2022

If you want to fully immerse yourself in the agile world, I highly recommend: "Design Thinking, Lean Startup & SCRUM" by Jennifer Kint. Beyond everything that I am applying in the field of project management, I am not exaggerating when I say that it has completely changed my mental order and the way I deal with long term goals. I think it could be improved adding subtitles, although Jennifer English is clear and for me it was a pleasure listen to her.

I learned a lot through this course. I had a very basic understanding of Agile and Scrum, and now I feel I can explain all of this properly and apply it. I especially liked the intro to Agile and then the three ways of being Agile, which gave a really good overview of what it all means and how to use it. Everything was logically set up, with useful examples to understand the theory better. The only downside for me that it was a bit long and slow. I would've preferred a more concise presentation with slightly less repetition, as I get easily bored. But the playback at 1.5 worked well ;) Overall, a very informative, useful and pleasant course!

Very detailed and clear explanation of what Agile is and its 3 most important methodologies. What I liked best about this course is after you have been taught how to be Agile in the workplace, there is a chapter dedicated in how to apply Agile in your life. This gives emphasis on what has been taught as important within the course "The goal is not entirely to DO Agile, but to BE Agile". Highly recommended for anyone who wants their journey in an Agile lifestyle!

Hi Teacher...No doubt that you have excellent knowledge of the subject and I have gained a lot from it..here are some suggestion based on Agile :) ..... Lemme mention some of them below..please bare with me.. 1. More quizes expected after a lecture ,please put on a quiz. ( Lean Startup feedback for you). 2. Quizes needs to be more tricky. ( MVP feedback for you) 3. I personally think, that there should be more real life projects include by you( if you can share with us , done by you if possible). I mean it can help us face the real challenges.( Sprint in scrum feedback). 4. if you can include kanban also in this course, that will be a great help, although you have mentioned about the course , but still i urge you. 5. Last but not the least add a section for preparation of Scrum master examination, about the exam, about the questions. so that what we have learned in this course, we will relate it to the exam and i guess exams are no spoon feed. :) Please note...Words under the () are fun. So, this is my Honest review, Please forgive me if i am harsh/overthinker on this course. Thank you very much....

Hello Jennifer, This is Purvi Desai, process manager by profession in an IT company. First and foremost thank you so much for the designing such a wonderful course which helped me to have a very clear picture on how these three methodologies (Design Thinking/ Lean Startup/ Scrum) works together. Also applying these methodologies for designing our own life was amazing. Infact, I believe implementing these methods first on own self can give us better insights than any other ways. Thank you once again. I truly enjoyed the course with better insights. - Purvi Desai
