This is a 9.3 hour Jira course built around three roles. A short concepts section comes first, then lessons for everyday users, managers and team leaders, and administrators, with a closing block of answers to student questions. Across 83 lectures and six quizzes, the user section is the longest at about three hours. No Jira experience is needed. It fits someone just handed a Jira login, or a new team lead or junior admin who wants to see how the pieces connect before touching settings.

Reviewers like how clearly the concepts are explained and say the visuals make it easy to follow. One says it filled gaps in their knowledge of the admin side, and another found it useful because their company is moving to Jira. One calls Dan LeFebvre a real Jira expert. The complaints are steady, though. Some find it repetitive, with features showing up again in other sections. Others want practice, either sample data or step by step exercises, instead of just watching. A few report videos that stick or play black, and one was confused by the instructor using a different user's account.

I have been using Jira for a long time, but I had never explored its full capabilities. I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of the platform, especially the administration aspects. This course helped me clearly understand the concepts through practical examples and provided valuable insights into Jira administration.

I think this course is well suited for minor to medium companys using latest Jira. However for big companys I find it hard to get a good course both inhouse at externally. The problem is that Team-Managed-Project is not there, it seems that you need special Jira Access hard to get to set up new projects. I would like to focus on Jira when all Projects is set up and education about dashboard, boards and plans. Also how Jira could look like in several environments are of intrest, both physical and virtual. With that said I rated this at around 60min in so we will se whats covered.
