Why naming the section as "Filter and Services" and telling only about filters? The same with the "Timeouts and Promises" were there is not a word about promises?

I am looking for an angular app created using npm and nodejs and then adding some component there and writing tests in Typescript. But that is not the case here it seems. Not helpful for me.

i think this is a little dated... why use bower if you already have npm? what is hosting the app, not everyone has that IDE. I used webpack-dev-server to get going. I'll keep chugging away and see if i can learn something :)
