He's doing a great job, but maybe could have provided the fixture .jsons so I DIDN'T HAVE TO TYPE THEM OUT, INCLUDING THE hashed password BY HAND?!

The steps outlined are great and will get you to the end solution. What seems to be lacking is the why. Why are certain functions, utilities, or classes used over others? What do they do/how do they work? Answering these questions would help make this easier to understand and easier to apply the great information in this tutorial.

It was nice as it covered most of the questions I had in mind. However, the front-end is missing that part of handling the form validation e.g. if a user submits an empty login form or even entering wrong credentials

I have had trouble starting Django in containers prior to this course. I was able to follow the instructors detailed steps and understand each. Very impressed with the attention to detail.

There could be more explanation of why certain methods being used and how did you come up with those
By David Dann on 2/20/2021
