One of the best courses I've ever taken, it's so complete that I am glad I purchased it, the only thing that is missing is the deployment into a server using CD/CI, but regardless it is a great learning tuto.

I learned many things and many best practices. Overall this is a very good course if you know a bit of react, nest, typescript but don't know how to put things together, don't know best practices or you struggle to build app from scratch. You buy this course, build app with him and you will have Nest,React,Next.js best practices cheat sheet for your career. I wish you would explain some things more deeply so we would memorize it better but overall good job for building an amazing app in 8 hours.

This course is so far soooo good, very practical and the instructor gives clear guidance.

I like the quick way of implementing features without having to go to through all the basics, which is good for developers who already know some NestJs and have worked with it. I liked the Redis and Events sections, as I never worked with those techs before and will surely consider these when implementing my apis in NestJS. I was missing schema validation on incoming requests using actual DTOs and didn't like that the author just injected the request into the controller. It is something that I don't recommend in real production development. I haven't gone to the React section yet and might update my review at a later stage

Although it does apply many concepts of nestjs shows how to intertwine various modules in a seemingly effective way. It could have been better by explaining "why are we doing, how we are doing". Docker part didn't work for me and I had to do my own research to get docker working with nestjs. Would have been bit better if docker included multipart build stages.
