I help fix peoples computers and also teach mostly the elderly how to use their computer which takes a lot of patience and has to be done slowly and clearly. I came up with the idea of video tutorials rather than books because I find it better to teach people by showing them so that they can follow by vision, they can pause the video and follow at their own pace.

I enjoyed taking this class! I learned a few things I did not fully know about so now I have a better understanding. I wish the quizzes would be more of like a if we were actually doing what the questions asked. Example: If he wanted us to show him how to create a file than we would do all the steps to create one and be graded on that... just an idea but overall really enjoyed it! I would actually watch something and pause it so that I could try and do it myself on my labtop :D

The course was quick and easy to follow. Allows for pause and rewind if needed. Went through all the basics for getting familiar with the new program. Personality was a bit bland but still very pleasant to listen to. Perfect for a quick "here's what's new and different and how to do it" lesson.
