This is more of a course on how to build a mind map dash board or brainstorming. The basics are covered nicely, but don't expect too many advanced features or concepts. I hope Bigger Plate puts out additional courses with advanced fratures and concepts.

Material clearly presented. One possible modification: as there are so many features, considering offering fewer in each lecture, with the option to go deeper for those who wish. In other words, is there a way to identify if you were basically features for the beginner, but within the same course, give that beginner an option to go deeper by looking at a "supplemental "video. Overall, excellent course and I learned much.

I am really happy that i took this course.I am into new role where suddenly i have to manage lot of administrative and diverse projects.I needed some training and tool to bring order to my life. Liam has presented this course so beautifully that you can sense that you are flowing and at the last section you really feel good that you have learnt so many things quickly and sad that this course is over.

The course accomplished two important objectives: 1) it demonstrated how effective mind mapping can be for managing tasks and goals; and 2) it demonstrated the advanced features of XMind which facilitate managing tasks and goals.

I have used Mindmapping for a number of years. This is an excellent overview for a new person, or for an experienced person. The course includes a number of new ideas i had not encountered in other training sessions. It is a good value.

I have used Mind maps for 5+ years or so in my role managing the Engineering department of a medium sized corporation. I find it a very intuitive technique for capturing thoughts and ideas, project tracking, problem solving, etc. Biggerplate is a fantastic resource and it was on the back of their reputation I decided to enroll in the course. The course caters for the beginning Mind mapper well, and has plenty of ideas for the more experienced user, some of which I will surely implement. After starting with Freemind, I find Xmind to be an excellent free tool, and I look forward to Biggerplate exploring the more advanced Xmind Pro features in a future course. Great value, Thank you.

Very clear explanation on the basic functionality of XMind! I like the way you use the markers and your demo on the use of the Filter. Now I know how I can track my project's progress and monitor business activities. It would be great if you can show how you can integrate a calendar tool with XMind to make project tracking more seemless. I also would also like to see how you integrate XMind with other third party tools such as Evernote, scrivener, other task monitoring tool, voice/video files, images and dropbox etc and demo the use of export and import features in your next series of your training videos. Thank you so much for creating this training video. It is very enjoyable to learn from you!

Hi, The course is well organized and easy to follow. No unimportant talking. However, the course is not perfect as it covers only basic features of the XMind and is missing explanations and tutorials on more features like: Relationship; Boundary; Summary; Gantt Chart; Check Point and Predecessors (from Tasks Info) and more. I give the 5-star rating in advance and hope the instructor will cover those features he missed in the very near future and add to this course. Thank you

I really liked this course, and it is the only one I have ever finished in 1 day. I think the organization of the course was very good: Topic Principles, Specifics about the software that relate to the topic, how to combine the principles with the software to do something meaningful. I can immediately see this helping me keep focus during the week, not just for work tasks, but for overall improvement of the quality and quantity of real work. This is also going to help me with my personal interests and projects. I did not have any problems with the production quality. I think it was well done. Liam's delivery seemed to be well thought out, and flowed easily.
