Yes, it was very useful. After a lifetime of working as a manager or owner in the SMME environment, my experience appears to be very valuable to small business owners. A few years ago, I placed an advertisement on Gumtree saying "Retired financial director and business owner seeking some interesting work to do" and I have been receiving around 1 call/email a week ever since. I wondered if I couldn't package and make my experience more widely accessible to small business owners. The cost of this service is mostly too high from professional consultants. It is also often not appropriate to small business owners. I now see I could use a blogging website to provide a low cost service, or even free to township startups here in South Africa. Thanks Supersoph, I'll give it a try!
